Old Mark’s House started with a dream: to create a place of my own, in the middle of nature, where you can feel time slowing down and simple things regaining their beauty.
I didn't just want a cabin. I wanted a place with a soul, where the wood tells a story, the fire brings people together, and mornings begin with fresh air and mountain views.
I put a lot of myself into this project. From the first works to the details that give the cabin its personality, every stage meant time, work, patience, and the desire to build something that would last. Looking back today, I realize that I didn't just build a place for people to stay, but a space where they can feel good together.
Located in Sinaia, surrounded by forest and with views of the Baiului Mountains, Old Mark’s House combines the charm of wood with modern comfort. The five welcoming bedrooms, the living room with a fireplace, the open kitchen, the terraces, and the basement game area were designed for the moments that matter: long evenings with family, laughter among friends, stories at the table, and mornings where no one rushes you.
I believe the most beautiful places are not necessarily the most spectacular, but those where you feel good without needing a specific reason.
